OR Pharmacy Manager in Massachusetts 

The OR Pharmacy Manager reports to the Pharmacy Specialist for Technical Support.    The OR Pharmacy Manager will work closely with the Pharmacy Specialist to plan short and long term goals for the area pharmacy.  Develops, implements, and monitors programs, policies and procedures which support the mission and goals of the hospital and pharmacy department and ensures the smooth functioning of the OR Pharmacy.  Acts as a liaison resource among the departments of Pharmacy, Anesthesia, Surgery and OR nursing.  Provides direction and mentoring of other members of the pharmacy team.  Promotes excellences in customer service and drug information.   Participates in the quality improvement process.  Conducts performance evaluations.
