Once you have accepted an assignment, your personalized recruiter will go over all the important details with you. We will make sure to confirm your start date, salary and location of assignment. If any travel or lodging arrangements are necessary we will ensure they are prepared for you in advance. Salaries depend on your experience and your specialty as well as the facility and the location. It is our goal to get you the most competitive salary possible and most importantly get you everything you deserve.
5.) Who pays me and when will I be paid?
If you accept a permanent position you will become an employee of the pharmacy facility in which you accept the position and they will be responsible for paying you. If you are working on contract positions, per diem positions, temporary positions or temp to perm positions you are an employee of Pharmaceutical Strategies and we will be responsible for paying your salary. We pay our employees on a weekly pay system. You’ll be paid every Friday during your assignment and you will have the convenient option of receiving direct deposit or if you prefer we can mail your check directly to you.
